Hello, this is Faceline Today, I'm going to take notes on some of the minor habits that can keep you healthy in your life. 1) Avoid elevators or escalators and walk up stairs  It's hard for students and office workers to take the time to work out. Why don't you take the stairs instead of using the elevator or escalator that you usually use to get off work or enter the company? It takes about 21.5 kilocalories to climb up the fifth floor of the building, which is same as effects of running machine for 9 minutes. 2) Always sit in the right position when seated in a chair  When you sit in a chair, most of you have a reclining position or a bent waist, and the neck of a turtle that gives out its neck. This attitude can cause scoliosis, which can cause frequent back pain and obesity. When sitting in a chair, it is recommended to straighten your back, apply strength to your lower abdomen, and stand up your neck to keep your body on edge.  3) Drinki
