Therefore, patients usually do the chin surgery along with other contour surgery such as cheekbone reduction and the jaw surgery.  Chin surgery is usually categorized in four different types: Reduction, Advancement, Setback, Implants.  The basic method of chin surgery is to resect the center of chin bone in T-shape, pull it out and then gather the fragments of chin on the end sides to complete the V line.
