Any good food for fine dust?


Nowadays, it's hard to expect clear and bright sky because of serious dust pollution. 
Therefore, Faceline is here to help and let you know about food that are against fine dust pollution!




1. Water
Drinking water often helps a sore throat and filters out the fine dust piled up in our bodies. Also, if you have symptoms from frequent coughing and sputum, drinking water is a good way to protect and hydrate your throat.




2. Seaweed
It's known that Alginic acid, which known as water soluble fiber, from seaweed absorbs heavy metals and release them out from our bodies. 




3. Greens 
Broccoli and spinach are one of the represented "poison free food". Full of beta-carotene and vitamin C, greens help to strengthen the immune system and release body waste. 




4. Green tea
Tannins, found in green tea, helps to suppress from absorbing heavy metals 
and releasing body waste. 
It's recommended to drink green tea after 30 minutes to 1 hour after meal as it might interrupts iron absorption. 




It's not guarantee to completely get rid of all the fine dust from our bodies, but hope today's post helped you to maintain and keep your health. :)
