Every year starting from 2005, Faceline Plastic Surgery Clinic’s Dr. Lee has announced his academic studies and surgery know-hows on two jaw, contouring, and facial bones structures. This time, he was at the APCA 2018 held at HIP Seoul National University hospital regarding the topic about aesthetic jaw surgery. 

Two jaw surgery is a surgical correction way by re-positioning the upper and lower jaws to improve the jaw function. Recently, the media has brought the interest of two jaw surgery in an aesthetic way, because the changed result is noticeable as it corrects the jaws to the right and in a harmonious position.  
At the conference, Dr. Lee, Jin-su explains few things to be considered in order to achieve the best result of two jaw surgery. “In order to build a good building, you need a good blue print. Same goes for the surgery. Finding the exact position of your jaw and considering the good combination of the entire face is essential key to this surgery. It’s also beneficial to plan along with zygoma, chin or lower body jaw reduction surgery during two jaw surgery to achieve more natural and harmonious face line. 

This academic conference was held again in Korea after 14 years; Including Japan, China and other 14 different countries with more than 500 scholars attending.
