Plus, American Journal of Clinical Nutrition has reported that people who ate dark chocolate have a higher insulin sensitivity and lower insulin resistance than people who ate white chocolate according to the result of an experiment.
And if insulin sensitivity becomes lower, it leads causes of obesity and diabetes.


Third, Vinegar



It was known that if you take in fat-forming food with an element making sour tastes of vinegar, it can slow fat increasing in body.


Lastly, Greet tea



Green tea is a rich in antioxidants and it has been the best choice for health-conscious people.
Green tea can also help you lose your weight. 
According to the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (FDA), green tea extracts prevent absorption of fat and production of fatty acids in our body
