Habits to avoid!
Most of women prefer a slimmer and smooth V-line over an angled face shape. Some people are naturally born with an angular face shape, but some gets developed later.
Why? it's because of the wrong habits that we don't even know about.
This blog is to learn about some of the habits that we're doing every day.
1. If you eat enjoy eating hard food..
If you eat hard food such as squid, gum often, it triggers jaw muscle to develop masseter muscle. And this may lead to square jaw angle.
2. Why don't you smile...?
Everyone probably heard about that smiling often is good for our mental and body health. However, if you don't smile at all, facial muscles get tight and leads bad blood circulation to cause angular face.
3. Sleeping face down is comfortable for me!..
Scientists say that sleeping our faces down is a bad habit.
Our blood doesn't get circulated well, it may lead facial asymmetry and angular face.
Biting hard and grinding teeth isn't also recommended.
4. Always biting with same side
It's good to switch sides when we chew food. If you keep chew with one side, it will lead to face asymmetry and an angular face.
Let's keep in mind these bad habits that lead to an angular face, and keep our pretty face lines :)
