Today, I'd like to give you some information about bulbous nose surgery. 
This is a method of nose molding when the nose looks big or spread out because of wide bridges or blunt tips. 

If you look at bulbous nose, you often have a wide nose.
It gives a dull impression when the nostrils are wider than the width of the nose and philtrum.
From the front, the width of the nose should be the same as the width of the nose and the width of the philtrum. 
In addition, bulbous nose is often shaped like an oval with its nostrils lying down, and the ideal nostrils are generally ideal when the nostrils are 6:4 in height. 


This surgery can be divided into a way into alar reduction and improvement of the nasal bridge. 


1. Tying the inside of nostrils

2. Skin incision of nostrils

3. Correction at the end of the nose (if the tip of the nose appears to be low)
If the tip of the nose appears to be low, the nasal supports can be erected at the end of the nose using the cartilage, and then the nose cartilage can be pulled up and fastened to the cartilage support, which increases the nose's level.

It's done when the overall shape of the nose and the nose bridge are wide. The lateral osteotomy  is an effective way to improve your nose by gathering the outer part of your nose inside, so you can improve it from the front with a refined nose.
