Faceline's beauty tip: Good food for fine dust!
Nowadays, it's hard to expect clear and bright sky because of
serious dust pollution.

is against fine dust pollution!
1. Water
Drinking water often helps a sore throat and filters out the fine
dust piled up in our bodies. Also, if you have symptoms from frequent coughing
and sputum, drinking water is a good way to protect and hydrate your throat.
2. Seaweed
It's known that Alginic acid, which known as water soluble fiber,
from seaweed absorbs heavy metals and release them out from our bodies.
3. Greens
Broccoli and spinach are one of the represented "poison free
food". Full of beta-carotene and vitamin C, greens help to strengthen the
immune system and release body waste.
4. Green tea
Tannins, found in green tea, helps to suppress from absorbing heavy
