Small habits to keep your body healthy!

Hello, this is Faceline

It rained until yesterday, so it was chilly. Today is a good day to exercise in the clear sky and sunlight.
Today, I'm going to take notes on some of the minor habits that can keep you healthy in your life.

1) Avoid elevators or escalators and walk up stairs
It's hard for students and office workers to take the time to work out.
Why don't you take the stairs instead of using the elevator or escalator that you usually use to get off work or enter the company? It takes about 21.5 kilocalories to climb up the fifth floor of the building, which is same as effects of running machine for 9 minutes.

2) Always sit in the right position when seated in a chair
When you sit in a chair, most of you have a reclining position or a bent waist, and the neck of a turtle that gives out its neck. This attitude can cause scoliosis, which can cause frequent back pain and obesity. When sitting in a chair, it is recommended to straighten your back, apply strength to your lower abdomen, and stand up your neck to keep your body on edge.

3) Drinking more than 2 liters of water a day
Drinking a lot of water not only stimulates your body's metabolism, but also helps your skin improve as well as improve your bowel movements by releasing waste materials outside. If you don't like the smell of water, it's a good idea to drink corn-beard tea, owls and other kinds of tea with us, or fresh fruits like lemons and limes.

The above three habits we are aware of and we are not able to practice. Don't think it's annoying, and if you practice what you should do, you'll feel like you're becoming a habit at some point and you're getting healthy.
