Sleep is very important to keep your body healthy.

The average sleep time among adults in Korea was 7 hours and 49 minutes, the lowest among OECD members.

To get a good night's sleep, avoid drinking beverages with caffeine as much as possible in the afternoon.
It's good to move your body as much as you can to live actively.
Before you go to sleep, avoid cell phones or watching TV that have lights in your bed.
