The warn weather is gone and it's the mid season to prepare the weather and keep your body warm for this upcoming cold weather. 

Today's post is all about the various types of tea and the benefits of them. 

1. Mate Tea 
Mate tea is easily findable at convenient stores and super markets. It's loved by many dieters since it suppresses appetite and breaks down fat. Mate tea is also rich in Saponin to relieve stress and strengthens immune system. However, it also contains Caffeine component which young children and pregnant women should avoid. 





2. Rooibos Tea
Rooibos is good for settling down your nerves when you feel tired and stressed out. It doesn't contain caffeine, so people of all ages are able to drink. People like its scent and the taste.  





3. Hibiscus Tea 
Known for its pinkish red tea- hibiscus. It's rich in antioxidant component which is ascorbic acid to help immune system and full of Vitamin C. Moreover, it helps to boost metabolism, removes cholesterol from blood and reduces tensions and depression.




4. Jujube Tea  
Jujube tea is full of Vitamin A and B. One of its benefits are warming up the stomach to help digest system. Additionally, it helps to recover from stress and nervous breakdown.
