These days, rather than being too skinny, the glamorous body is considered healthier and more beautiful. However, when you go on a diet to build a slim body, your breast naturally becomes smaller. So, in some cases, you want to have a bigger breast line, or if you're stressed out because of your small breast, regardless of your diet, you will consider the breast augmentation.

 It's because if you have a small breast, it's easy to lose confidence even if you wear clothes. Especially, when clothes become thin like summer and you go on vacation and wear bikinis, it is especially easy to be bothered.

Breast enlargement surgery is an operation that saves the volume of the breast when breast development is not done enough or you want a voluminous feeling. In order to achieve satisfactory results, a plastic surgeon that has extensive experience in breast augmentation should choose the type and size of implants that fit one. Also, you should select a good incision location.

The criteria for determining the position of the breast enlargement surgery incision should be chosen by considering the length of the breast underline, the degree of deflection of the breast, the shape of the breast cavity, the type of implants, and whether it is a re-operative.

There are three methods for the incision

1) Breast fold incision method

This method has no limitations on the surgical field of vision. Therefore, the surgery time is short and the breast shape after surgery is natural. However, if you lie down or raise your breast, you may see a scar.

                                   

2) Areolas incision method

This is the method of inserting implants after cutting 2~3cm into the areolas. It has the advantage of having a small surgical scar, but it is difficult because of the narrow vision during surgery and in some cases, there may be temporary loss of sensation in the nipple.

                                       

      

3) Armpit incision method

It's the most common breast augmentation method. Cut the crease in the armpit by 3cm and insert the prosthesis. It's safer and easier to hide scars than under-the-mast folds or incisions. Also, it has the advantage of being able to replace the prosthesis in a shorter time.

                                           

                                         

Some people who are considering breast enlargement surgery choose a large prosthesis, which doesn't mean they can make a beautiful body line. Be sure to remember that breast implants can make beautiful breasts without awkwardness by choosing the size of the prosthesis that fits the width of the breast in consideration of their body shape!
