Faceline's T-osteotomy

For women, to achieve a slim jawline is a popular facial contour surgery, which can create a V-line surgery in that it can create a sophisticated and feminine image.

The existing V-line surgery, mandibular resection, was a way to resect only mandibular angle. This surgery changed the response of the soft tissue depending on the degree of bone resection, causing the jawline to become uneven and inconsistent.

If the time before bone adhesion to the soft tissue is extended, the skin is at risk of sagging, so the jaw is not cut unconditionally, but as much as it can be attached to the soft tissue so that it can be removed to create a slim jawline without any side effects such as sagging skin.

A pretty jawline refers to a slim center (body) of the jawline. It's hard to expect a V-line effect from the front only with normal jaw reduction.

The slim V-line effect of the front face, which is difficult to make with jaw reduction, can be easily made with genioplasty and T-osteotomy.

T-osteotomy of the Faceline is a T-shaped method that allows the bone to be cut and moved out of the center of the jaw, then collects both jaw end bones and resects both jaw bones in the protruding area to make the jaw end a V-line.

T-osteotomy is necessary

1. When the chin or the lower jaw is wide.

2. If the lower jawline is flat

3. When the jaw is longer than normal or asymmetrical

4. If the profile looks angled

The V-line effect of the chin tip provides a slim front jaw effect.

Overall, for a stylish and slim jawline, it is recommended to combine the side of the jawbone with the Faceline's square jaw reduction technique, which reduces 45 degrees.

Genioplasty may seem relatively simple compared to other facial contouring surgery. However, it requires a lot of experience and high technical skills in that it is an operation that requires a thorough pre-planning and understanding of the location of the nerve line.

I would like to tell you that it is a good way to have no side effects to consult a plastic surgeon who has extensive experience in facial contouring surgery and has experience in the bone surgery for more than 10 years.
