1. Foods to avoid when you have a fever:  coffee and nuts
The caffeine in coffee damages the immune system, making it worse. Also, nuts have components that increase body temperature, so you should avoid them when you have a fever.



2. Foods to avoid when you have a bad headache: ham, sausage, cheese, milk, banana, tangerine

Food additives and nitrite in ham, sausages, etc. aggravate headaches. Also, there are reports that nuts also make headaches worse, so you should think carefully before eating.




3. Foods to avoid when suffering from enteritis: watermelons, peaches, milk, eggs

Watermelons and peaches can irritate the intestines and worsen enteritis. And it's good to avoid eggs because there's a lack of enzymes that break down the protein in eggs.


4. Food to avoid when you have severe diarrhea: Fruit juice
it is said that high concentrations of fruit juice can interfere with the reabsorption of water, which can worsen diarrhea symptoms.


5. Food to watch out for if you have asthma: food made from beer, wine, potatoes, dried shrimp, processed foods
People with asthma should be especially careful with beer or wine with high levels of sulphate!!!! Also, you should pay special attention to processed foods because they contain sulphate.


6. Food to avoid if you have weak kidneys: fruits, vegetable shells, sweet potatoes, potatoes, bananas
The food I introduced contains a lot of potassium. Potassium plays a very important role in the body, but if you exceed the proper level, you may have high potassium blood pressure in your kidneys, so you'd better eat moderately.



7. Food to be avoided by people with poor liver: food high in protein
People with poor liver health can't excrete elements well. In this situation, eating a lot of high-protein foods can increase the concentration of elements in the body, which can damage your health.
