Plastic surgery also requires a maestro

There is a vital figure when it comes to playing orchestral music. It is the maestro who perfects music harmonizing the individual musical sections as a whole. No matter how well each part is played, the music can’t be good if the individual parts are discordant. So on the topic of an orchestra, the first person that comes to mind is the conductor. The competence of this conductor is a pivotal factor in determining the how great the orchestral music is.

When it comes to attractive and beautiful faces, the most important factor is harmony. Accordingly, people considering plastic surgery must take this harmony into account. Not just the parts considered for plastic surgery, attention must be paid to the harmony with other parts. To do this, the entire face must be observed comprehensively, first pinpointing the location and extent of deviation from the overall harmony. Surgery should then be performed in accordance with the specific surgical plan for the area you want improved after determining the general boundary encompassing the direction of change in each area to achieve overall harmony.

To do this, you need someone to deduce a fitting and appropriate direction of change gauging your entire face. In other words, a maestro is also necessary for plastic surgery.

Personally, I mainly perform surgery involving the face shape. There is no option but for surgery to proceed evaluating the entire face. As the eyes, nose, and mouth must also harmonize with the face shape, not only the face shape, but the eyes, nose, and mouth must also be evaluated together.  Facial surgery is fundamentally performed in harmony with the current eyes, nose, and mouth. Moreover, the direction of change in the eyes, nose, and mouth should also evaluated and suggested to achieve better cosmetic effect from changing the shape of the face. This an essential element of performing surgeries involving the facial shape like facial contouring or orthognathic surgery. This is essentially why those mainly dealing with facial shapes are perfectly suited for being the maestros of plastic surgery.

Even for just eye or nose surgery, it is beneficial to have a surgeon specializing in the face shape to evaluate the direction of plastic surgery on the entire face. For example, someone who considers his nose low may have prominent facial features, per say the cheekbones or jaws, and if nose surgery was performed without considering this just basing it on the protruding face shape, the nose could end up overly prominent and very awkward looking.

It is best to identify the problem and resolve the actual problem directly. In fact, if you have a problem with your face shape, it makes sense to improve your face shape through surgery. But even if you’re hesitant about facial contouring or double jaw surgery to resolve facial issues, or if you are not even interested in surgery to improve your face shape, you still need to understand the limitations of nose surgery itself and not create awkward results by overdoing it. Not considering the whole and only having one part done wrong and becoming awkward, you could easily end up a plastic monster.

Plastic surgery also requires a maestro. No matter what surgery you’re planning to get, I recommend following the lead of a plastic surgery maestro.
